HOW TO PLOW 3X, 4X, 6X, 9X (4x down bottom with picture guide)

This document will explain how to overlap your fields for 3x3, 6x6 or 9x9 plots.

We recommend if you are overlapping a farm (especially a 9x9) do not put trees/flowers/buildings on top of the fields. This not only slows your farm for you but also really slows it down for whomever is working your posts. Keep the 9x9 overlap farms to a minimum and just use for crops, if you need trees and flowers, plant around the fields, not on them.

REMEMBER THE MORE YOU HAVE ON YOUR FARM THE SLOWER IT GOES!!!

Start in a corner of your farm or have a fence or flower - you need a starting point.

HOW TO DO A 4X PLOW
Default the farm you are going to plow.

Use the wrench (Preferences) in top right corner to hide all buildings, decorations, trees and flowers, etc. AND remove the check mark from the “remove spaces from fields”.

Click on the green plug and make it Offline.

Right click on Play and “Open in New Tab” and take that one offline.

Repeat this step until you have 4 tabs open (all offline).

Click on the first tab (Tab 1) Put down a single plow and get your yellow dozer and delete it so your farm is ready to accept plows.  Now plow starting at the top right (you will now see the spaces between your plows) working from right to left until all the farm area is done.  Check to make sure all tabs are aligned.

Click “Save” (beside your farm’s name) and then close that tab.

Go to next tab (Tab 2).  Put down a single plow and get the yellow dozer and remove it.  Now start to the right, only move to your left 2 spaces.

Continue plowing until farm area is completed.  Check to make sure they are all aligned.  Click “Save” and close that tab.

Go to next tab (Tab 3).  Put down a single plow and get the yellow dozer and remove it.  Now start your plows all the way to the right but move
down from top 2 spaces.

Continue plowing until farm area is completed.  Check to make sure they are all aligned.  Click “Save” and close that tab.

Go to next tab (Tab 4).  Put down a single plow and get the yellow dozer and remove it.  Now start your plows down 2 spaced from the top and move to your left 2 spaces.

Your farm should now show uniform 4x plows.
